Brandon Munson, Administrator of Miller Memorial Community and Chairman of the Connecticut Culture Change Coalition, receives the Carol Rosenwald "Spirit of Advocacy award on behalf of the Connecticut Culture Change Coalition Steering Committee. The award is given annually to individuals and organizations that work to improve the quality of care and quality of life for individuals residing in nursing homes.
