The *Center for Orthopedic and Rehabilitative Excellence is the choice for excellence in post acute care. The Center specializes in orthopedic and surgical rehabilitation for older adults following procedures like knee and hip replacement and those recovering from acute illnesses.

The Center is located in an area reserved specifically for older adults with short term rehabilitation goals. Patients recover in private rooms, with complimentary amenities such local telephone service, expanded cable television and a private bathroom. Rehabilitation is on-going, seven days a week.

Rapid recovery from illness and surgery is truly a team effort at Miller. It combines the expertise of physical, occupational and speech/language therapists. Nurses, a social services coordinator, nutritionists, a recreation therapist, and an experienced medical director complete this team. Family conferences scheduled at regular intervals keep family caregivers and patients well informed. Conferences also assure continuity of care and rehabilitation following discharge.
